The equipment of aircraft carriers in the aviation industry is accompanied by a number of strict measures. One of them is the systematic replacement of hoses for ground refueling of aircraft with gasoline and aviation fuel according to established world standards.

ELAFLEX hoses aim to ensure a high level of safety for the entire transport chain. According to EI 1530, section 10.3.3.2, aviation operators are required to provide properly functioning equipment that does not contaminate fuel along the entire aviation chain.
Due to their construction, the "Yellow Band" fuel hoses (models HD-C, VHD-C, PHD-F, TW-E) are lightweight, extremely flexible even at low temperatures, safe to operate and long-lasting. Most models come with neon markings for easier visibility as well as protection in very cold regions.
The protection of the proper cleanliness of the hoses and connections is carried out by means of special tips with BSP or NPT thread, which are available in two versions: made of stainless steel and brass. Swivel or fixed flanges on DIN or ASA hoses are usually stainless steel. All connectors are assembled with reusable clamps model SPANNLOC or SPANNFIX, which can allow assembly/disassembly and field repair. Separate reusable NR clamps are also available on request.
ELAFLEX hoses and equipment are certified for installation and testing of the European Aviation Equipment Directive and NATO Quality Assurance and Inspection Requirements. After a number of tests, the hoses are marked with a unique serial number for easy tracking. This equipment is suitable for loading aviation refueling units (airport tank trucks), for refueling helicopters (for which the following types of adapters are used: ZVF 25 (manual, 140 liters / minute), ZVA 25 AF (automatic, 140 liters / minute), ZVA 32 (automatic, 200 liters / 50 (manual, 400 l / min)
