NSYS was established in 2006 with the aim of developing and implementing new, high-quality technologies on the market for equipment at gas stations, gas stations, oil bases and refineries. During the fifteen years of operation, the company has established itself on the market in Bulgaria, as an innovative and correct partner offering complete engineering to its customers. The products that NSYS presents to the Bulgarian market are manufactured by companies that are world leaders in their field of activity, which every year present the latest technologies in the field of the petroleum industry. Also, NSYS is a leading manufacturer of fiscal systems for petrol and gas stations, striving to always be the first to introduce new technologies, such as self-service operation systems, innovative payment methods and others.
What policy does the company have in place to provide a timely and satisfactory response to customer inquiries and to ensure a high standard of its services and products?
The policy and goals we have always set ourselves are to offer quality products and lightning-fast responses and service to our current and future customers. Technological equipment is the heart of any fueling station. Its inoperability leads to lost profits for our customers, and in some cases, when the sites are part of a production process, to serious losses. The quality of a product is also determined by the quality of its support, so the speed and competence of technicians is critical in our industry. That is why we strive to invest in constant improvement of the qualifications of our staff and the material base of our service structure.
Your clients are leading companies not only in the oil industry, but also in a number of other industries. What is the secret of your business model, with which you win the trust of your customers and your long-term partnerships with them?
Building long-term partnerships and trust relies on many different components in our business relationships with our customers. The most accurate word that would describe this process for us is balance. The most important thing is to find the balance and determine the exact requirements of our customers. The path to a satisfied customer does not go through the unquestioning implementation of a given project, but through the fulfillment of the client's requirements and ideas about the final result.
Each company is a different structure, organized in a certain way and leading its development policy. Although various established business models have been adopted in the world, each company has its own characteristics and an individual approach to each client is needed - from the one with a gas station, from the type of family business, to the large oil companies.
You can boast of an extremely wide product range. Tell us more about the demand trends for gas transmission and storage equipment and technologies, and in particular compressors and auxiliary equipment for compressor stations, and what are your high-end offerings?
As we all know by now, the planet's oil reserves are running out, and protecting the environment is extremely important to preserve our way of life as we know it. The alternatives before us are the use of natural gas or electricity. ENSIS is also making efforts in this direction. In 2014, we created a division within our company to focus on alternative fuels. We started a partnership with the largest and I would say the most reputable manufacturer of natural gas compressors in the world – Cubogas. Over the years, we have completed dozens of supply and commissioning projects for Wayne Fueling Systems compressed natural gas compressor stations and fueling columns.
I would say that our most important projects are the transition of public transport in a number of cities to the use of compressed natural gas, as well as the supply of compressors for the important projects of diversification of natural gas supplies to Bulgaria.
